§ 10-635. Fifteenth division; jurisdiction and powers; when open; county to defray expenses.

The fifteenth division of the county is hereby created. The fifteenth division shall have the same jurisdiction and powers as are now exercised by general sessions courts of the county. Such division shall hold court in the county seat in accordance with state law and the county shall defray the expenses thereof from the general fund of such county.
