§ 10-541. Seventh through twelfth divisions; when open; county to defray expenses.

The seventh through twelfth divisions of the general sessions court of the county are hereby created. Such divisions shall hold court in the county seat in accordance with state law, and the county shall defray the expenses thereof from the general fund of such county.
