§ 10-511. Sixth division; when open; jurisdiction and powers.

A sixth division of the general sessions court of the county is hereby created. The sixth division shall be open in accordance with state law and shall have the same jurisdiction and powers as are now exercised by the other divisions of the general sessions court of the county.
