§ 10-481. Fifth division; when open; jurisdiction and powers.

A fifth division of the general sessions court of the county is hereby created. The fifth division shall be open in accordance with state law and shall have the same jurisdiction and powers as are now exercised by the other divisions of the general sessions court of the county.
