§ 10-444. Applicability of law.

Latest version.

The laws regulating pleading and practice, stay of appeals from judgments, attachments and all other writs and processes in civil cases in the courts of general sessions, shall apply to and govern this court; and all of the statutes regulating the conduct of courts of general sessions in civil and criminal cases shall apply to the judges of said court.
