§ 10-381. General duties of clerk; bond.

The clerk of the court shall, under the supervision of the judge, keep all the records of the court and shall have all the duties, authorities, and obligations as provided by T.C.A. §§ 18-1-102 through and including 18-1-306 as applicable to the office. The clerk shall give a surety bond in the amount of $10,000.00 for the faithful performance of his duties.
