§ 10-375. Jurisdiction, powers and authority.

  • It is the purpose of this article to give to the juvenile court all the jurisdiction of a juvenile court in the county as contemplated by the laws of Tennessee. The court shall have all the jurisdiction, powers, and authority of a juvenile court in the county contemplated in the laws of Tennessee as stated in T.C.A. Title 37 and any other general laws of the state now in force and effect or hereafter to become of force and effect.
