§ 10-280. Judges' salaries.

Latest version.

The salary of the judge of division 2 of the probate court of the county herein created and the salary of the judge of the present probate court of the county shall be the same as that of the chancellors and the circuit judges of the county. The salaries of the judges shall be paid by the county. It is hereby made the duty of the board of county commissioners to make the necessary appropriations therefor.
