§ 10-247. Salary of judge.

Latest version.

The salary of the judge of the probate court shall be the same as that of the chancellors and circuit judges of the county, provided, that the same shall be paid by the board of county commissioners, and it is hereby made the duty of the board to make the necessary appropriation therefor.
